摘要
设计了一种固体火箭推进剂装药自动化套包装置,实现了固体推进剂装药套包工艺的自动化人机隔离操作。通过工艺参数研究表明,推进剂涂胶最佳工艺参数为涂胶时间6s,刮胶次数2次,包覆层涂胶最佳工艺参数为涂胶时间5s,刮胶次数2次,球头驱胶最佳工艺参数为驱胶时间9s,驱胶压力0.3bar,装药柱面驱胶最佳工艺参数为驱胶速率10mm/s,驱胶次数3次,最佳工艺条件下制备装药的推进剂/包覆层表面粘接强度为32.9N/cm(20℃)。
Abstract
The automated coating device of solid rocket propellant was designed.The automated man-machine isolation coating was implemented.The results showed that the best adhesive strength was 32.9N/cm(20℃).It revealed the behavior between adhesive strength to inhibitor and propellant surface treatment quality by different process conditions.The best process parameters of inhibitor adhesive coating were that coating time was 6s and twice,the best process parameters of propellant adhesive coating were that coating time was 5s and twice,the best process parameters of adhesive ball head banishing were that time was 9s and the pressure was 0.3bar,the best banishing speed was 10mm/s and three times.
