摘要
采用干法热压成型工艺制备了碳酸钙晶须含量不同的增强摩擦材料,研究了碳酸钙晶须含量对摩擦材料摩擦性能、磨损性能、物理性能和机械性能的影响。结果表明,添加适量的碳酸钙晶须有助于改善材料的摩擦磨损性能和力学性能,当碳酸钙晶须质量分数为12%时,摩擦材料的平均摩擦系数为0.40,平均磨损率为0.24×10-7cm3/(N·m),平均冲击强度和洛氏硬度分别为4.02J/cm2和71,密度为2.15g/cm3。
Abstract
Friction materials was filled with calcium carbonate whiskers as filler.The resin-based friction materials reinforced by calcium carbonate whisker were designed and conducted with thermo-compression craft.The surface friction properties,wear performance,physical and mechanical properties were investigated in detail.The friction and wear behavior of samples could be enhanced with a suitable content of calcium carbonate whiskers.When the content of calcium carbonate whiskers addition was 12%,the sample displayed better performance.The fiction coefficient was 0.40,the rate of wear was 0.24×10-7cm3/(N·m),the impact strength was 4.02J/cm2 and the Rockwell hardness was 71,the density was 2.15g/cm3.
