摘要

以苯胺为原料、过硫酸铵为氧化剂,利用硝酸钠与去离子水形成的盐水以及环己烷、十二烷基硫酸钠、正戊醇组成溶致液晶模板四元系统,采用溶致液晶模板法制备聚苯胺。通过X射线衍射、场发射扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱和紫外-可见分光光度法等对样品进行了表征,并采用四探针法对其导电性能进行了测试。结果表明:过硫酸铵与苯胺摩尔比为1∶1时,合成的聚苯胺呈颗粒状,其平均粒径为100nm,结晶度较好,电导率最佳达到0.98S/cm。

Abstract

Polyaniline (PANI) was synthesized in a quaternary system of brine-cyclohexane-sodium lauryl sulfate-n-amyl alcohol with hexagonal lyotropic liquid crystal as template using aniline (An) as monomer and ammonium persulfate (APS) as oxidant.The samples were characterized by XRD,FESEM,FT-IR spectroscopy and UV-visible spectroscopy.The conductivity of PANI was measured with the four-probe method.The results shown that the PANI nanoparticles with the average size of 100nm,which was synthesized as the molar ratio of APS and An was 1∶1,exhibited the good crystallinity and the more outstanding conductivity,achieving 0.98S/cm.
