摘要

为赋予环氧树脂以热可熔融的特性,以间苯二酚二缩水甘油醚单体和双酚A单体为原料,使其在熔融聚合条件下发生逐步缩聚反应,形成高分子量的热熔融性环氧树脂。结果表明:该聚合物的最大重均分子量Mw为106000和分子量分布(Mw/Mn)为3.40。傅里叶红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱显示聚合物以逐步聚合的方式进行分子链的增链反应,其聚合增链的方式以ABA、ABB方式进行。

Abstract

Resorcinol diglycidyl ether monomers containing bifunctional epoxy groups were used to form the thermofusible epoxy resin with high molecular by poly condensation of diglycidyl ether monomers and bisphenol A monomers under the condition of melt polymerization.The maximum weight Mw of the polymer was 106000 and the molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) was 3.40.Fourier infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectrogram showed that the polymer was formed in the form of ABA and ABB during the progressive polymerization.
