摘要

通过高温固相法制备白光荧光粉Ba3Y2B6O15∶Dy3+,并利用XRD和光致发光光谱分别对样品的晶体结构和发光性能进行表征。结果表明,Dy3+作为发光中心取代Y3+进入基质Ba3Y2B6O15的晶格中并未改变其晶体结构。样品的激发光谱是由Dy3+f-f特征激发跃迁组成,主峰为353nm。样品的发射光谱由Dy3+的两个特征发射跃迁 4F9/26H15/2(483nm)和 4F9/26H13/2(575nm)组成;由于Dy3+主要处于高对称性的格位,Dy3+发射以磁偶极跃迁 4F9/26H15/2为主。发生浓度淬灭的主要原因是Dy3+离子之间的双极子-双极子相互作用。样品Ba3Y2B6O15∶0.06Dy3+的发光强度最高,其CIE色坐标和相关色温分别为(0.3122,0.3676)和6282K,位于白光区域,接近于标准白光源D65。随着温度的升高,由于热猝灭,样品的发光强度逐渐下降;当温度达到140℃时,样品的发光强度下降50%。基于Arrhenian公式计算,相对应的热活化能为0.3056eV,高于白光Na3GdP2O8∶Dy3+。实验表明,单基质的Ba3Y2B6O15∶Dy3+可作为白光荧光粉应用于UV-LED器件中。

Abstract

Ba3Y2B6O15∶Dy3+ white phosphor was synthesized by a high-temperature solid-state reaction.XRD and photoluminescence spectrum were utilized to characterize its crystal structures and luminescent properties,respectively.Results indicated that Dy3+ions was as luminescence centers substitute forY3+ ions in the crystal lattice of Ba3Y2B6O15 without changing its crystal structure.The excitation spectrum presented the 4f-4f characteristic transitions of Dy3+ with the main peak at 353nm.The characteristic emission consisted of 4F9/26H15/2(483nm) and 4F9/26H13/2(575nm) transitions of Dy3+.The former was dominant due to high symmetry of Dy3+.The concentration quenching between Dy3+ ions was demonstrated to be dipole-dipole interaction.The optimum phosphor Ba3Y2B6O15∶0.06Dy3+ showed a white-light emission with the color coordinate of (0.3122,0.3676) and correlated color temperature (CCT) of 6282K,closing to the CIE Illuminant D65.The emission intensity decreased with the increasing temperature due to the thermal quenching.The emission intensity remained about 50% compared with that at 28℃.The thermal activation energy was 0.3056eV,higher than that of Na3GdP2O8∶Dy3+.The Ba3Y2B6O15∶Dy3+ was a promising white phosphor for the n-UV excited white-LEDs.
