采用真空膜蒸馏工艺及聚偏氟乙烯 (PVDF)疏水微孔膜脱除水中溶解氧。本实验分别考察了真空度、温度、流速对溶解氧脱除率以及对膜通量的影响。结果表明:真空度越大、流速越高溶解氧的脱除效果越好,膜通量也越高。采用不同孔径的PVDF商品膜和自制的PVDF疏水微孔膜在最优工艺条件下即真空度为0.1MPa,温度为30℃,流速为160L/h进行脱氧实验,溶解氧最高脱除率可以达到94.8%,自制膜与商品膜的脱除率相当。采用串联式PVDF膜组件进行水相脱氧,溶解氧的脱除效率高,脱除率可以达到95%。
Vacuum membrane distillation process and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) hydrophobic microporous membrane were used to remove dissolved oxygen in water.Experiments were conducted to examine the effects of vacuum,temperature,and flow rate on the rate of dissolved oxygen removal and on membrane flux.The results shown that the greater the vacuum degree and the higher the flow rate,the better the effect of dissolved oxygen removal and the higher the flux of the membrane.Different pore size PVDF commercial membrane and homemade PVDF membrane were used under the optimal process conditions.When the vacuum degree was 0.1MPa,temperature was 30℃ and flow rate was 160L/h,the dissolved oxygen removal rate was up to 94.8%,and the removal rate of self-made and commercial films was comparable.The tandem PVDF membrane module was used for deoxygenating the water phase.The removal efficiency of dissolved oxygen was high and the removal rate can reach 95%.
