摘要
介绍了复合材料帽形长桁预成型体的热隔膜成型工艺研究,完成了复合材料帽形长桁的固化制备,并分析了成型温度、变形速率和膜片对复合材料帽形长桁热隔膜预成型过程的影响。结果表明:采用热隔膜成型工艺成功制备了复合材料帽形长桁预成型体,热隔膜预成型温度为75±5℃,完成固化的复合材料帽形长桁满足无损检测要求。对成型温度和隔膜间抽真空速率同时进行优化,才能确保预浸料具有最好的滑移能力。增加膜片厚度、提高膜片刚度都能显著提高热隔膜成型质量。
Abstract
Hot diaphragm preforming process for the preform of composite hat-shaped stringers was studied,then the stringers were cured.The effect of molding temperature,deformation mat and diaphragm on hot diaphragm preforming process was analyzed.The results showed that composites hat-shaped stringers were manufactured successfully through hot diaphragm preforming process.The preforming temperature was 75±5℃,the stringers met the requirement of the nondestructive testing.The molding temperature and vacuum rate were optimized simultaneously to ensure that prepreg had best ability to slip.Increasing thickness and stiffness could significantly improve the molding quality of hot diaphragm preforming process.
