摘要

为了研究1,1-二氨基-2,2-二硝基乙烯 (FOX-7)对交联改性双基推进剂 (XLDB)能量、工艺性能和燃烧性能的影响规律,基于最小自由能法计算了7MPa下FOX-7替代推进剂中奥克托今 (HMX)对推进剂能量参数的影响,通过流变仪测试了不同FOX-7含量推进剂药浆的黏度,并采用靶线法和稳态燃烧火焰结构研究了不同FOX-7含量推进剂的燃烧性能。结果表明:FOX-7完全替代HMX时,推进剂理论比冲由2647N·s/kg降低至2599N·s/kg,特征速度由1614.4m/s降低至1586.4m/s;推进剂1~15MPa下燃速和压力指数随FOX-7含量增加而升高。

Abstract

In order to research the effects of FOX-7 on energy and combustion performance of XLDB propellant,the energy characteristic parameters under 7MPa were calculated based on the minimum free energy method.The viscosity of propellant slurry with different FOX-7 content was tested by rheometer.The burning performances of propellant with different FOX-7 content were tested by target line method and steady state combustion flame structure.The results shown that the theory specific impulse of propellant was reduced from 2647N·s/kg to 2599N·s/kg when HMX was replaced by FOX-7 completely.The burning rate and pressure exponent were increased under 1~15MPa with AP was replaced by FOX-7 gradually.
