采用毛细管流变仪、无转子硫化仪对三元乙丙(EPDM)混炼胶的流变硫化性能进行研究,发现焦烧时间和硫化时间随温度的提高明显降低,高温时EPDM混炼胶易返原;EPDM混炼胶注射时塑化温度采用较低温度不会影响注射过程,可避免混炼胶发生早期硫化;通过工艺参数研究表明注射压力及注射速度变化对EPDM包覆层的拉伸性能影响不大,优化并确定了EPDM混炼胶注射成型最佳工艺条件,硫化温度172℃,塑化温度70℃,硫化时间360s,注射速度20%~40%,注射压力185bar;注射成型的EPDM包覆层拉伸强度3.88~4.56MPa(20℃),伸长率388%~462%(20℃)。
The rheological and vulcanizing properties were studied by capillary rheological and rotor-free vulcanizing instruments,the coke burning time and vulcanization time decreased as the temperature increased,and the mixing EPDM returned to the original.The plasticizing temperature should adopt a lower one when EPDM injecting.It didn't affect the injection and also avoided the vulcanization of EPDM earlier.It showed that the change of injection pressure and rate had little effect on the mechanical properties of EPDM inhibitor.The best process parameters of EPDM inhibitor injection molding were that the vulcanization temperature was 172℃,the plasticizing temperature was 70℃,the vulcanization time was 360s,the injecting rate was 20%~40%,the injection pressure was 185bar.The tensile strength of the injection molding EPDM inhibitor was 3.88MPa~4.56MPa(20℃),and the elongation was 388%~462%(20℃).
