摘要
采用扭矩流变仪研究了多乙烯基环硅氧烷、3,5-二甲基-1-己炔-3醇对液体加成型硅橡胶中温60℃条件下交联固化效果的影响。研究结果表明,在液体加成型硅橡胶中,多乙烯基环硅氧烷作为交联抑制剂表现为抑制时间短、固化迅速的特征,己炔醇化合物表现为用量少、短时间抑制、缓慢增长。在固化温度为60℃,VM23铂催化剂用量为15×10-6,二甲基己炔醇用量为20×10-6,多乙烯基环四硅氧烷用量为0.38%(wt,质量分数),16min条件下,液体加成型硅橡胶的扭矩为3.0dN·m,半硫化时间为7.3min,反应速度常数为0.25,具有硫化性能较好,硫化抑制时间延长,固化时间缩短,扭矩显著增长的效果。
Abstract
With torque rheometer,it was studied that the vulcanization and retardation effects of the addition cured liquid silicone rubber(ACLSR) with multivinyl-cyclosiloxane and 3,5-dimethyl-1-hexyn-3-ol compound under 60℃.The experiments showed that,as a retardant in the liquid silicone rubber,multivinyl-cyclosiloxane was characteristic of short time suppression and rapidly curing,while the dimethyl-hexyn-ol compound of extremely low dosage,shortly retarding and slowly torque increasing.The dimethyl-hexyn-ol compound showed strong retarding effect than multivinyl-cyclosiloxane.The concentration of Pt catalyst at 15×10-6,dimethyl-hexyn-ol at 20×10-6,multivinyl-cyclosiloxane at 0.38%,the torque of the liquid silicone rubber grew into 3dN·m while it was cured at 60℃ degree for 16min,with 50%curing time at 7.3min,constant of reaction speed was 0.25.In the system of ACLSR/platinum catalyst,while the multivinyl-cyclosiloxane cooperated with dimethyl-hexyn-ol compound,the LSR showed long time suppression,curing time decreased and torque increased prominently.
