摘要

以蒙脱土和木质纤维素为原料,制备了木质纤维素/蒙脱土补强剂,将其和炭黑并用作为天然橡胶/丁苯橡胶的增强材料。研究了该补强剂与炭黑配比对天然橡胶/丁苯橡胶硫化性能、力学性能、表观交联密度、加工性能等的影响。结果表明,当木质纤维素/蒙脱土补强剂用量逐渐增加时,橡胶复合材料的焦烧时间逐渐减小,正硫化时间先减小后增大;表观交联密度逐渐降低;储能模量逐渐降低。木质纤维素/蒙脱土补强剂与炭黑配比为10∶40时,天然橡胶/丁苯橡胶表现出最优的力学性能,拉伸强度为24.06MPa,断裂伸长率为718.2%,邵氏A硬度为75.6°。

Abstract

The lignocelloulose-montmorillonite rubber reinforcing agent was prepared by using lignocelloulose and montmorillonite.The rubber reinforcing agent and carbon black have been used as the reinforcing fillers for natural rubber(NR)/styrene butadiene rubber(SBR).The effects of mass ratio of lignocelloulose-montmorillonite rubber reinforcing agent and carbon black on curing behavior,mechanical properties,apparent crosslinking density,processing properties of NR/SBR were studied.The results shown that with increasing the lignocelloulose-montmorillonite rubber reinforcing agent loading,the scorch time(T10) decreased gradually,the optimum cure time(T90) decreased first and then increased,the apparent crosslinking density and storage modulus(G′) decreased gradually.When the mass ratio of lignocelloulose-montmorillonite rubber reinforcing agent and carbon black was 10∶40,the NR/SBR composites exhibited the best mechanical properties,tensile strength:24.06MPa,elongation at break:718.2%,shore A hardness:75.6°.
