采用聚乙烯醇和银粉制备导电银浆,然后通过涂覆法对锦纶纤维进行上浆,银浆在纤维表面形成银涂层,得到金属银导电纤维,对其导电性能、力学性能、涂层牢固度、热性能进行了测试,研究了金属银导电纤维上浆率和上浆次数对导电性能的影响。结果表明:制备的金属银导电纤维电阻率为1MΩ·cm左右,其导电性能随着上浆率的提高而增强,上浆率接近30%时上浆率难以继续提高,因此纤维的导电性能也难以提高;上浆率超过24%时,上浆次数和上浆率对导电纤维导电性能影响较小。
The conductive silver paste was prepared using polyvinyl alcohol and silver powder,and then the polyamide fiber was sizinged by the coating method,and then the silver paste formed a silver coating on the fiber surface.Through the experiment,it was concluded that the prepared metal silver conductive fiber had a resistivity of 1MΩ·cm.At the same time,the mechanical properties,coating firmness,thermal performance testing,and calculation of sizing rates for different sizing rates were performed.The sizing rate and sizing times of coated conductive fibers were investigated.The experimental results shown that the electrical conductivity increased with the increase of the sizing rate.When the sizing rate was close to 30%,the sizing rate was difficult to continue to increase.Therefore,the electrical conductivity of the fiber was difficult to continue to increase.The experiment also found that when the sizing rate exceeded 24%,the sizing times and the sizing rate had little effect on the electrical conductivity of the conductive fibers.
