以甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)作为接枝单体,采用紫外光接枝的方法对聚醚砜(PES)纳滤膜表面进行改性来制备荷正电纳滤膜。研究了辐照时间、单体浓度对膜分离性能的影响,得出最佳接枝反应条件是:辐照时间为7min,单体浓度为50%(wt,质量分数)。在压力为0.1MPa条件下,改性纳滤膜对5种染料的截留率大小顺序为:酸性铬蓝K(98.3%)>结晶紫(95.5%)>碱性红2(94.0%)>碱性品绿(91.5%)>酸性橙7(89.0%),这是位阻效应与道南排斥效应共同作用的结果。
The surface of polyethersulfone (PES) nanofiltration membrane was modified with methacryloxyethyltrimethyl ammonium chloride (DMC) as grafting monomer by UV light.The effects of irradiation time and monomer concentration on the separation performance of membrane were studied.The optimum grafting conditions were as follows:irradiation time was 7min and the monomer concentration was 50wt%.At 0.1MPa,the rejection order of the membrane for the five dyes was acid chrome blue K(98.3%)>crystal violet(95.5%)>safranine O(94.0%)>bismarckgreen4(91.5%)>acid orange 7(89.0%),which were the results of the steric hindrance effect and Donnan exclusion effect.
