摘要
研发了一种新型钢桥面铺装用热拌类环氧沥青混合料及相匹配的环氧树脂粘结剂。对研制的环氧沥青混合料及相匹配的环氧树脂粘结剂的性能进行测试分析,并同步对比了当前应用较多的热拌类日本TAF环氧沥青混合料和TAF环氧黏层油。研究结果表明,自制环氧沥青混合料和环氧树脂粘结剂具有良好的综合性能,制得的环氧树脂粘结剂Ⅱ的拉伸强度为5.6MPa,断裂伸长率达到136.0%,在25℃条件下,环氧树脂粘结剂Ⅱ与钢板的粘结强度为6.30MPa,铺装层与钢板的粘结强度为3.41MPa,铺装组合结构层间粘结强度为3.33MPa,其粘结性能甚至优于日本TAF环氧黏层油,能很好与自制环氧沥青混合料铺装体系相匹配。
Abstract
Anovel epoxy asphalt mixtures and the matching epoxy resin adhesives were prepared.The performance of self-made epoxy asphalt mixtures and its adhesives were analyzed comparatively with those of Japan TAF epoxy asphalt mixtures and its adhesives.The test results showed that self-made mixtures and adhesives had good comprehensive performance for steel bridge deck pavement.The tensile strength and elongation at break of epoxy resin adhesive Ⅱ was 5.6MPa and 136.0%.At 25℃,the bonding strength between epoxy resin adhesive Ⅱ and steel plate,between paving layer and steel plate,and interlayer of pavement composite structure was 6.30MPa,3.41MPa and 3.33MPa,respectively.The bonding performance of adhesive Ⅱ was even better than those of Japanese TAF adhesive,which could match well with self-made epoxy asphalt mixture pavement system.
