摘要
研究了笼状低聚半倍硅氧烷(POSS)化合物笼状八苯基倍半硅氧烷(OPS)对不饱和聚酯树脂包覆层力学性能、黏度、烧蚀性能、热稳定性能的影响。结果表明,在OPS含量为7.4%(wt,质量分数)条件下,不饱和聚酯树脂包覆层的拉伸强度提高10%,达到44MPa,黏度为6254mPa·s,起始分解温度为214.0℃,烧蚀率为0.63mm/s。不饱和聚酯树脂包覆层的拉伸强度得到增强,黏度上升,烧蚀率下降,分解温度降低,但分解速率同时也降低,包覆层残留率提高。
Abstract
OPS's influence on UP inhibitor including mechanical property,viscosity,antiablation property,heat stability were studied.The result shown that when content of OPS was7.4wt%,the tensile strength of UP inhibitor was up to 44MPa,increased 10%,viscosity 6254mPa·s,starting decomposition temperature 214.0℃,antiablation rate 0.63mm/s.The ablation rate of UP inhibitor downtrend with increasment of OPS,but it had little effect on the result.With increasement of OPS inhibitor's decomposition temperature got lower,decomposition rate got lower either,and the residual rate got higher.
