摘要

采用沉积-共沉淀法,以自制的金红石型纳米TiO2晶须为载体,六偏磷酸钠(SHMP)为分散剂,加入锡锑的氯盐溶液,制备以掺杂氧化锑的氧化锡为壳、纳米TiO2为核的导电晶须ATO@TiO2。探究SHMP添加量、分散时间、pH等几个因素对TiO2载体分散处理后负载效果的影响。通过Zeta电位测试表征TiO2浆料的分散性,采用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱(EDS)、四探针导电测试仪对ATO@TiO2导电晶须粉体的形态、导电性能进行表征。结果表明,TiO2晶须载体在SHMP添加量为1.5wt%(相对TiO2),pH=8,60℃下处理1.5h后,分散与包覆效果良好,ATO@TiO2导电晶须粉体的表面电阻率达(1.5±0.2)kΩ·cm。

Abstract

With a method of sedimentary-coprecipitation,conducting whiskers with titanium dioxide as core and Tin oxide doped with antimony oxide as shell (ATO@TiO2) was prepared.In the process of preparation,the lab-made rutile nanoscale TiO2 whisker was used as a carrier,sodium hexametaphosphate (SHMP) as a dispersant and adding a salt solution of Sn and Sb.The effects of adding quantity,time and pH on the dispersion of TiO2 carrier and the final coating were investigated.Through Zeta potential test,the dispersion characterization of the slurry was characterized,SEM,EDS and pressure slice method were used to test the morphology and conductivity of ATO@TiO2 powder.The results shown that the addition of SHMP was 1.5% (relative TiO2) and after a treatment at pH=8,60℃ for 1.5 h,the dispersion and coating effect of TiO2 whisker were all optimal.The surface resistivity of the tablet powder can reach (1.5±0.2)kΩ·cm.
