摘要
主要介绍了国内聚丙烯腈基高模量碳纤维的研究现状及发展趋势。高模量碳纤维的发展伴随我国高强度碳纤维研发的快速发展,特别是高品质原丝生产技术的突破和高温设备的优化,并以满足航天主承力结构件高强高模并重需要的刺激为依托,促使高端碳纤维性能向高强高模化迈进。而我国在高模量碳纤维工业化生产理论研究、产品品质提升和应用开发上仍需进一步加强。
Abstract
The research status and the development trend of polyacrylonitrile based high modulus carbon fiber were introduced.The development of high modulus carbon fiber was accompanied by the rapid development of high-strength carbon fiber,especially the breakthrough of high quality raw precursor and the optimization of high temperature equipment.And in order to meet the need of high strength and high modulus of aerospace main bearing structure,the high-end carbon fiber was developed to high strength and high modulus.In addition,it also needed to strengthen the theory research of high modulus carbon fiber industrial production,product quality improvement and application development of our country.
