摘要

采用高强度超声波以及改变反应时间来调控聚苯胺的结构和形貌;利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜对所制聚苯胺的结构和形貌进行表征和分析。结果表明:高强度超声波及反应时间对聚苯胺结构和形貌产生明显的影响,特别是长时间、高强度超声波作用下,制备的聚苯胺呈现新的结构特征。

Abstract

The structure and morphology of polyaniline were regulated by ultrasonic-assisted method and reaction time changed.The structure and morphology were characterized and analyzed using infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR),scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission election microscop (TEM).The results showed that there were some differences on the structure and morphology of polyaniline under ultrasonic-assisted and different reaction time.Especially,polyaniline synthesized by long term and high intensity ultrasonic-assisted showed new structure characteristics.
