摘要
有机共混导电纤维具有相容性好、界面稳定等优点。使用生物可降解材料3β-羟基丁酸酯(3HB)和4β-羟基丁酸酯(4HB)的共聚物(P3HB4HB)、有机导电高分子聚-3己基噻吩(P3HT),利用湿法纺丝方法,以三氯甲烷为溶剂,无水甲醇为凝固浴,成功制备出了P3HB4HB/P3HT有机复合纤维并测试表征。结果表明:复合纤维形态良好,经过碘蒸汽掺杂后,纤维由紫色变墨绿色,显示出良好的导电性,在可穿戴器件和智能服装领域有广阔的应用前景。
Abstract
Organic blend conductive fiber has good compatibility and stable interface.By wet-spinning,used chloroform as solvent and anhydrous methanol as coagulation bath,P3HB4HB/P3HT composite fibers were successfully prepared.The tensile mechanical properties and electrical properties were studied.The results showed that the fibers revealed good morphology.After doping with vapor of iodine,the fibers changed from violet to dark green and it had a good electrical conductivity.P3HB4HB/P3HT fibers had promising application in wearable devices and smart clothing.
