选用聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS 4200)、六氟双酚A及4,4-二氟二苯砜作为单体,通过缩聚反应制备了PDMS 4200含量为5%(摩尔分数,以下同)和10%的共聚物[聚砜(PSF)-PDMS]膜,利用核磁共振氢谱仪和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对共聚物结构进行了表征。考察了PDMS 4200含量(0~10%)、温度(298~328K)对CO2和甲烷气体渗透性能的影响。
Polysulfone copolymer containing 5% mol and 10% mol PDMS 4200 was synthesized via polycondensation between PDMS 4200,hexafluobisphenol A and 4,4′-difluorobenzophenone.The structure of polymer was characterized by 1H-NMR and FT-IR spectroscopy.The effect of PDMS 4200 content (0~10% mol),temperature (298~328K) on CO2 and CH4 gas permeability property were investigated.
