摘要

以有机硅树脂材料对Al2O3纤维进行表面改性,并采用经改性处理的Al2O3纤维和三聚氰胺对聚甲醛(POM)进行阻燃,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、接触角测试仪、锥形量热仪等对改性前后的Al2O3纤维和阻燃POM复合材料进行表征。结果表明:m(POM)∶m(改性Al2O3纤维)∶m(三聚氰胺)为60∶30∶5时,阻燃POM复合材料的极限氧指数达到42%,垂直燃烧UL-94测试达到V-1级别,拉伸强度达到40.4MPa。

Abstract

Al2O3 fiber was surface-modified by silicone resin,and the modified Al2O3 fiber was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and contact angle test instrument.Besides,flame retardant modification of POM was carried out with modified Al2O3 fiber and melamine.The results showed that when mass ratio of POM/modified Al2O3 fiber/melamine was 60/30/5,the oxygen index (LOI) of composite reached 42%,and the vertical flame UL-94 test reached the V-1 level and the tensile strength reached 40.4MPa.
