摘要
通过烷氧基硅烷共水解-缩合合成一系列不同乙烯基含量、苯基基团含量的乙烯基硅树脂及含氢硅树脂,并考察了铂催化剂对固化时间的影响,同时研究了乙烯基含量、含氢量与乙烯基摩尔比、苯基基团含量对硅树脂产品硬度的变化趋势。结果表明:增加铂催化剂含量可显著缩短固化时间;乙烯基含量、含氢量与乙烯基摩尔比对固化产物的硬度影响较大,乙烯基含量越高固化后硬度越大,随含氢量与乙烯基摩尔比的增大,产品的硬度先增大后减小;采用同一含氢硅树脂时,产品硬度随着苯基基团含量的增大显著提高。以期为LED封装胶的固化提供技术指导,对LED封装、有机硅树脂的应用具有重要的实践意义。
Abstract
The effects of a platinum catalyst on the curing time,and the radical change of vinyl content,the amount of hydrogen-containing silicone resin as well as benzene content for the product hardness were studied,which synthesized those silicone resin using co-hydrolyzation-condensation.The results showed that increasing the amount of catalyst significantly shorten the curing time.The vinyl content and the amount of hydrogen-containing silicone resin greatly impacted the hardness of products,high vinyl content obtained much higher hardness,increasing the amount of hydrogen-containing silicone resin,and the hardness of product was increased and then decreased.Increased the content of phenyl group obtained higher hardness when using the same hydrogen-containing silicone resin.The test results had certain theoretical value for LED packaging,and had important practical significance in some areas for the phenyl silicone resin.
