以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵和异构醇聚氧乙烯醚复配构成复合乳化体系,2,2′-偶氮二异丁脒二盐酸盐作为引发剂,采用预乳化-半连续种子乳液聚合方法将含全氟烷基乙基丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯及N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺进行共聚合成了一种含氟丙烯酸酯四元共聚乳液,采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、凝胶渗透色谱及激光粒度仪对其进行了表征,考察了乳液的稳定性,并对其表面性能进行了研究。结果表明:制备的四元共聚乳液粒度较小,具有良好的稳定性,FT-IR结果显示所有单体均已接入聚合物结构中,棉织物经整理剂整理后具有良好的防水、拒油性能。
A fluoroacrylate quadripolymer emulsion was synthesized by pre-emulsification and semi-continuous polymerization method,in which perfluoroalkylethyl acrylate,methyl methacralte,butyl acryltate and n-hydroxymethyl acrylamide as the raw materials and cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide and isomeric alcohol ethoxylates as compound emulsifier and 2,2′-azobis(2-methylpropionamidine)dihydrochloride as initiator.The copolymer was characterized by FT-IR,GPC and LPSA.In addition,its stability and surface property were also investigated.The results showed that quadripolymer emulsion had smaller particle size and better stability.The spectra of FT-IR confirmed that all monomers were incorporated into the copolymers.Cotton fabric achieved excellent waterproof and oil-repellent performance after treatment with fluorine-containing finishing agent.
