摘要
利用阴离子交换反应合成阴离子为PF-6的双咪唑基离子二醇([BmimPF-6]-OH)新型扩链剂,并由此制备出一种双咪唑离子介质固载的聚氨酯([BmimPF-6]-PU)。通过核磁、红外光谱对其结构进行了表征,并研究了该聚氨酯的抗菌性能。结果表明:双咪唑离子介质的引入,赋予聚氨酯高效的抗菌性。在[BmimPF-6]-OH含量达22.86%(wt,质量分数)时,该类聚氨酯对大肠杆菌的抑菌率超过99.9%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率达到99.4%。
Abstract
The bis-imidazolium based ionic diol with PF-6 anion ([BmimPF-6]-OH) was synthesized through anion exchange and used as a novel chain extender to prepare a bis-imidazolium ion immobilized polyurethane ([BmimPF-6]-PU).The structure was confirmed by NMR and FT-IR,and the antibacterial property of [BmimPF-6]-PU was evaluated.The results showed that the bis-imidazolium ion could give the polyurethane with excellent antibacterial activity.When the content of [BmimPF-6]-OH was 22.86wt%,the percentage reduction of the growth of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus reached 99.9% and 99.4%,respectively.
