采用异山梨糖醇基环氧树脂(IS-EPO),4,4′-二硫代二苯胺(MDS)和1-丁基-3-甲基氯化咪唑鎓([BMIM]Cl),成功制得不同[BMIM]Cl含量的4,4′-二硫代二苯胺环氧树脂(MDS-EPO)。研究结果表明:[BMIM]Cl的添加起到了增塑作用,[BMIM]Cl均匀分布在MDS-EPO树脂体系中,而不出现相分离,在[BMIM]Cl添加量为20%(wt,质量分数)条件下,制得的MDS-EPO的断裂伸长率最大达到251.86%,比重塑前的断裂伸长率2.58%增长了96.62倍。
MDS-EPO with 10wt%,15wt% and 20wt% content of [BMIM]Cl were prepared by mixing isosorbide-based epoxy resin (IS-EPO),4,4′-disulfanediyldianiline (MDS) and different amount of [BMIM]Cl.Results showed that the adding of [BMIM]Cl promoted the elastic behavior of MDS-EPO,which [BMIM]Cl can disperse into MDS-EPO perfectly and there were not phase separation.And elongation at break of reprocessed MDS-EPO with 20wt% content of [BMIM]Cl reached 251.86% which increased 96.62 times than MDS-EPO (2.58%) without [BMIM]Cl.
