摘要
以碳纳米管(CNTs)为增韧剂,采用熔融共混法制备了一系列不同树脂配比的聚乳酸(PLA)/聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)共混材料。利用差示扫描量热仪、熔融指数仪、扫描电子显微镜、力学性能测试等手段探究了PLA与PBAT质量比对CNTs增韧共混体系性能的影响规律。结果表明:CNTs的加入降低了共混材料的熔体黏度和拉伸强度,提高了共混材料的熔点和韧性。CNTs的增韧效果随PBAT含量的提高而减弱,PLA与PBAT的质量比为9∶1时,CNTs的增韧效果最佳,与不含CNTs的共混材料相比,断裂伸长率提高了168.0%。
Abstract
A series of poly(lactic acid)/poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate)(PLA/PBAT) blends with different resin ratios were prepared by melt blending in the presence of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) as toughening agent.The effect of the mass ratio of PLA to PBAT on the properties of the CNT-toughened blends was investigated using differential scanning calorimetry,melt flow rate equipment,scanning electron microscopy,and mechanical property measurements.The results revealed that the addition of CNTs reduced the melt viscosity and tensile strength but improved the melt temperature and toughness of the PLA/PBAT blends.The toughening effects of CNTs weakened with increasing PBAT content.The optimal effect was achieved when the mass ratio of PLA to PBAT was 9∶1,where the elongation at break increased by 168.0% compared to the blends without CNTs.
