摘要

电辅助有机溶剂预处理(EAOP)是一种新兴的绿色预处理技术,通过耦合电化学过程与有机溶剂体系,在温和条件下实现木质纤维素主要组分(纤维素、半纤维素和木质素)的高效、选择性分离。介绍了EAOP技术的基本原理、核心优势,综述了该技术在木质纤维素预处理中的研究进展,重点探讨了溶剂体系创新(如离子液体/γ-戊内酯系统)、过程强化机制等关键突破,并评述了该技术对提升酶解糖化效率及促进全组分高值化利用的作用。此外,还分析了EAOP技术规模化应用所面临的经济性与工业化挑战,以期为该技术的进一步研发与工业化应用提供参考。

Abstract

Electro-assisted organosolv pretreatment (EAOP) is recognized as an emerging environmentally friendly pretreatment technology that integrates electrochemical processes with organosolv systems to achieve efficient and selective separation of the primary components (cellulose,hemicellulose,and lignin) of lignocellulosic biomass under mild conditions.The fundamental principles and core advantages of EAOP technology were introduced,and recent research progress in its application for lignocellulosic biomass pretreatment was reviewed,with particular emphasis placed on key breakthroughs such as innovations in solvent systems (e.g.,ionic liquid/γ-valerolactone systems) and process intensification mechanisms.The role of EAOP on enhancing enzymatic saccharification efficiency and promoting the valorization of all biomass components was also evaluated.Furthermore,the economic feasibility and industrialization challenges hindering the large-scale application of EAOP were analyzed,aiming to offer valuable insights for further development and industrial implementation of this technology.
