摘要
针对目前吸湿排汗面料智能化不足和制备流程复杂等问题,以聚氨酯母粒、乙基纤维素及渗透剂JFC为原料,制备聚氨酯湿敏功能悬浊液,结合丝网印刷工艺并调节涂覆量,开发一种具有智能湿敏特性的功能机织面料。运用聚氨酯功能材料吸湿膨胀率高和涤纶机织面料吸湿膨胀率低的差异,实现湿敏功能面料遇湿自动鼓起响应、干燥自动恢复平整。系统分析面料透气性、水分蒸发速率、拉伸强度、耐水洗性及水洗后微观形貌等性能。结果表明:8层功能湿敏面料能随湿度变化迅速响应、响应高度高且耐水洗性能佳。
Abstract
To address the current issues of insufficient intelligence and complex preparation process of moisture-absorbing and sweat-wicking fabrics,this study utilized polyurethane masterbatch,ethyl cellulose and penetrant agent JFC as raw materials to prepare polyurethane moisture-sensitive functional suspension.Combining screen printing technology and adjusting the coating amount to develop a type of functional woven fabric with intelligent moisture-sensitive characteristics.Based on the difference in moisture absorption and expansion rates between polyurethane functional materials and polyester woven fabric,the moisture-sensitive functional fabric could automatically bulge in response to moisture and flatten in dry conditions,respectively.The air permeability,moisture evaporation rate,tensile strength,water washing resistance and post-wash microscopic morphology of the functional fabrics were systematically analyzed.The results showed that the 8-layer functional moisture-sensitive fabric could respond rapidly in terms of varied humidity,showing a high response height and good washing resistance.
