摘要

本征型导热树脂是一类不依赖导热填料,仅通过自身分子结构设计实现较高导热性能的高分子材料,且成为新一代热管理材料的研究热点。梳理了本征导热高分子材料领域的最新研究相关动态,重点分析了其结构特性、热传导机制、关键影响因素以及性能优化方法。并根据本征型导热树脂的劣势(导热系低、加工性能和机械性能不佳等)提出了未来本征型导热树脂的研究方向。

Abstract

Intrinsic thermally conductive resins are a type of polymer materials that do not rely on thermally conductive fillers and achieve high thermal conductivity through their own molecular structure design.They have become a research hotspot for the new generation of thermal management materials.We reviewed the latest research trends in the field of intrinsic thermally conductive polymer materials,with a focus on analyzing their structural characteristics,thermal conduction mechanisms,key influencing factors,and performance optimization methods.Based on the disadvantages of intrinsic thermally conductive resins,such as low thermal conductivity,poor processability and mechanical properties,future research directions for intrinsic thermally conductive resins were proposed.
