摘要

以城市污泥为原料,通过物理交联法制备了污泥基氧化石墨烯水凝胶。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和红外光谱(FT-IR)表征了材料的结构和形貌特征,研究了该材料对亚甲基蓝染料的吸附性能,并基于其催化特性构建了传感检测平台。结果表明:污泥基氧化石墨烯水凝胶的表面形貌、表面官能团等特征与传统氧化石墨烯水凝胶相符。污泥基氧化石墨烯水凝胶对亚甲基蓝的最大吸附去除率达72.5%,吸附等温模型符合Langmuir模型,吸附动力学符合拟二级动力学模型。以污泥基氧化石墨烯水凝胶为催化剂构建的传感平台检测H2O2,线性范围分别是0.01~0.5mg/L和1~20mg/L,最低检测限为0.01mg/L,通过真实水样加标实验,H2O2的回收率在85.41%~111.58%。说明所制备的污泥基氧化石墨烯水凝胶在吸附和传感检测领域具有应用潜力。

Abstract

A sludge-based graphene oxide hydrogel was synthesized via a physical cross-linking approach using municipal sludge as raw material.The structural and morphological features of the material were characterized by SEM,FT-IR,and XRD.The adsorption performance towards methylene blue was systematically investigated.Furthermore,a sensing platform was developed based on the catalytic properties of the sludge-based graphene oxide hydrogel.The results indicated that the sludge-based graphene oxide hydrogel exhibited surface morphology and functional groups characteristics consistent with conventional graphene oxide hydrogel.The maximum methylene blue removal efficiency reached 72.5%.The adsorption isotherm model was best described by the Langmuir model,and the adsorption kinetics was consistent with the pseudo second-order kinetic model.The constructed sensing platform demonstrated linear detection ranges of 0.01~0.5mg/L and 1~20mg/L for H2O2 detection,respectively,with a detection limit of 0.01mg/L.Spiked recovery tests in real water samples showed recovery rates of 85.41%~111.58% for H2O2,demonstrating the great potential of the sludge-based graphene oxide hydrogel in wastewater treatment and sensing detection.
