摘要

超疏水棉织物因优异的拒水性能而被广泛应用。然而,大多数超疏水棉织物由氟化物或硅烷化学品制成,亟待利用环境友好的原材料开发多功能超疏水棉织物。以壳聚糖(CS)、二氧化钛(TiO2)和十八胺(ODA)为原料,制备了CS-TiO2-ODA超疏水棉织物。实验表明,该棉织物显示出优异的超疏水特性,水接触角(WCA)为158.5°。采用扫描电子显微镜、热重分析仪等研究了CS-TiO2-ODA超疏水材料的性能,发现其超疏水表面表现出良好的耐酸碱和耐磨性,在10次摩擦循环后,WCA保持在150°。此外,CS-TiO2-ODA超疏水涂层具有良好的自清洁性能,可用于油水分离,在含油废水处理中具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract

Superhydrophobic cotton fabrics are widely used due to their excellent water-repellent properties.However,most superhydrophobic cotton fabrics are made from fluorides or silane-based chemicals,making it imperative to develop multifunctional superhydrophobic cotton fabrics using environmentally friendly raw materials.In this study,chitosan (CS),titanium dioxide (TiO2),and octadecylamine (ODA) were used as raw materials to prepare CS-TiO2-ODA superhydrophobic cotton fabric.Experimental results demonstrated that the cotton fabric exhibited excellent superhydrophobic characteristics,with a water contact angle (WCA) of 158.5°.The properties of the CS-TiO2-ODA superhydrophobic material were investigated using scanning electron microscopy,thermogravimetric analysis,and other techniques.It was found that the superhydrophobic surface exhibited good resistance to acids,alkalis,and abrasion,maintaining a WCA of 150° after 10 friction cycles.Furthermore,the CS-TiO2-ODA superhydrophobic coating demonstrated excellent self-cleaning performance and could be used for oil-water separation,showing promising application prospects in the treatment of oily wastewater.
