摘要
高性能热塑性树脂基复合材料具有轻质高强、抗冲击性能好、可回收利用等特点,在航空航天等领域具有广泛的应用前景。热塑性树脂的成型温度高、表面化学活性低,传统以环氧树脂为主浆料成分的碳纤维上浆剂,其耐温性及与热塑性树脂的相容性均不能满足复合材料成型及性能要求,需选择与热塑性树脂基体化学结构相近的树脂上浆剂类型,发挥上浆剂的桥梁纽带作用,获得最佳复合效果,提升高性能热塑性树脂基复合材料的综合性能。讨论了高性能热塑性树脂的特点,阐述了以PEEK、PEKK、PI及PES为代表的高性能热塑性树脂基体用上浆剂的相关技术及近期研究成果,并展望了高性能热塑性树脂上浆剂发展趋势。
Abstract
High-performance thermoplastic resin-based composites feature lightweight,high strength,good impact resistance,and recyclability,showing broad application prospects in aerospace and other fields.Thermoplastic resins have high forming temperatures and low surface chemical activity.Traditional carbon fiber sizing agents with epoxy resin as the main sizing component cannot meet the requirements for composite forming and performance in terms of temperature resistance and compatibility with thermoplastic resins.Therefore,it is necessary to select sizing agent types with chemical structures similar to those of thermoplastic resin matrices.These sizing agents play a “bridge and link” role to achieve optimal composite effects and enhance the comprehensive performance of high-performance thermoplastic resin-based composites.This paper discussed the characteristics of high-performance thermoplastic resins,described the relevant technologies and recent research achievements of sizing agents for high-performance thermoplastic resin matrices represented by PEEK,PEKK,PI,and PES,and prospected the development trends of high-performance thermoplastic resin sizing agents.
