摘要

电子化学品是电子信息产业不可或缺的关键原材料。近年来我国新型显示产业已位居世界前列,集成电路产业正加速向“世界一流”迈进。但受制于当前的技术水平,上游电子化学品仍大量依赖进口,已成为制约我国电子信息产业高质量发展的关键因素。通过分析国内外电子化学品产业发展现状与趋势,提出国产化瓶颈及未来发展方向。当前我国电子化学品产业主要存在基础研究薄弱、上游原材料受限及关键装备受制约三方面问题,今后的发展方向应重点加大基础研发力度、优化调整产业结构、加强园区化系统化集群化发展、提高污染防控治理水平。

Abstract

Electronic chemicals are essential key raw materials for the electronic information industry.In recent years,China's new display industry has ranked among the world's top,and the integrated circuit industry is accelerating toward becoming “world-class”.However,due to current technological limitations,upstream electronic chemicals still rely heavily on imports,which has become a critical factor restricting the high-quality development of China's electronic information industry.This article analyzed the overall development status and trends of China's electronic chemicals industry,and identified the bottlenecks in domestic production as well as future development directions.At present,China's electronic chemicals industry faces three primary challenges:weak fundamental research,constraints on upstream raw materials,and limitations in key equipment.Future development should focus on strengthening basic R&D,optimizing and adjusting the industrial structure,promoting park-based,systematic and clustered development,and improving pollution prevention and control.
