摘要

为进一步提高电解水析氢反应的效率,采用多金属氧酸盐-炭黑(POMs-CB)载体上构建Co原子簇的环境友好制备策略,成功制备了钴原子团簇-钴取代的硅钨酸盐/炭黑(CoAC-SiW11Co/CB)复合材料。在1.0mol/L KOH电解液中对合成的复合材料进行电解水析氢性能测试,在电流密度10mA/cm2下,钴取代的硅钨酸盐(SiW11Co)负载量为10%的复合材料所需析氢过电位仅为367mV,塔菲尔斜率为90mV/dec,且催化剂在经1000次CV曲线扫描后仍可以保持良好的稳定性。

Abstract

In order to further improve the efficiency of the hydrogen precipitation reaction in electrolyzed water,cobalt atom clusters-cobalt-substituted silicotungstate/carbon black (CoACSiW11Co/CB) composites were successfully prepared by using an environmentally friendly preparation strategy of constructing Co atom clusters on a polymetallic oxonate-carbon black (POMs-CB) carrier.The synthesized composites were tested for hydrogen precipitation in electrolytic water containing 1.0M KOH electrolyte.The required hydrogen precipitation overpotential of the composite loaded with 10% cobalt-substituted silicotungstate (SiW11Co) was only 367 mV at a current density of 10mA·cm-2,with a Tafel slope of 90mV/dec,and the catalysts could maintain a good stability after 1000 CV curve scans.
