摘要

采用中复神鹰碳纤维股份有限公司自产T700-3K、T700-12K、T800-12K、T1000-12K、T800-24K碳纤维,对常规浸胶纱、干纱粘贴加强片、缆柱状夹持器夹持方式制备的碳纤维试样拉伸强度进行测试,对比分析了3种方式制备的碳纤维试样的拉伸强度,并找出与常规浸胶纱拉伸强度趋势一致的检测方式。结果表明:带加强片的试样无固拉伸强度趋势与浸胶纱拉伸强度趋势更为贴近;各线产品、不同规格碳纤维试样的浸胶纱拉伸强度、无固拉伸强度、干纱拉伸强度存在差异,需对具体单一产线、单一规格产品积累大量对比数据,逐产线、逐规格分析,辅助表征拉伸强度,提升检测效率。

Abstract

Carbon fiber specimens were prepared using conventional impregnated yarn,dry lay-up with reinforcement patches and cable-column clamping methods with T700-3K,T700-12K,T800-12K,T1000-12K and T800-24K carbon fibers produced by Zhongfu Shenying Carbon Fiber Co.,Ltd.,and their tensile strength was tested.The tensile strengths of specimens prepared by these three methods were compared and analyzed to identify the testing approach consistent with the conventional tensile strength trend.The results showed that the tensile strength trend of specimens with reinforcement patches was closer to that of impregnated specimens.Differences were observed in the wet lay-up,dry lay-up,and dry tensile strengths of various fiber types and specifications.It is necessary to accumulate extensive comparative data for specific single production lines and single-specification products,conduct line-by-line and specification-by-specification analysis,and use auxiliary characterization to improve testing efficiency.
