摘要
聚己二酸-对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)是一种可生物降解聚酯,但是其拉伸强度和弹性模量较低因而应用受到限制。采用熔融缩聚法合成了一种新型的聚对苯二甲酸-co-己二酸-co-金刚烷二醇-co-丁二醇酯(PBMAT),采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、核磁共振氢谱仪、X射线衍射仪、差示扫描量热仪、热重分析仪、乌氏粘度计和水接触角测量仪对PBMAT共聚酯的化学结构、相对分子质量、热性能、力学性能和亲水性进行了表征和测试。结果表明:1,3-金刚烷二醇(AMTD)对PBAT的晶体结构没有影响,结晶度有所提高。PBMAT的性能与AMTD的含量相关,当AMTD摩尔分数为10%时,PBMAT的机械性能最优异,拉伸强度为26.01MPa,弹性模量为199MPa,相比于PBAT拉伸强度提高了35.8%,弹性模量提高了55.4%。而且PBMAT表现出高耐热性、良好的亲水性和加工性能。
Abstract
Poly (butylene adipate-co-terephthalate)(PBAT) is a biodegradable polyester,but its low tensile strength and elastic modulus limit its applications.In this paper,a new type of polyterephthalate-co-adipate-co-adamanediol-co-butanediol ester (PBMAT) was synthesized by melt condensation polymerization method.The chemical structure of the synthetic copolyester was characterized by FT-IR,1H-NMR,XRD,DSC,and TG.The relative molecular weight,thermal properties,mechanical properties,processability and hydrophilicity of the copolyester were measured by Uhler viscometer and water contact angle measurement.The results showed that 1,3-AMTD had no effect on the crystal structure of PBAT,and the crystallinity was improved.The properties of copolyester were related to the additional amount of AMTD.When the molar fraction of AMTD was 10%,the PBMAT exhibited optimal mechanical performance,with a tensile strength of 26.01MPa and an elastic modulus of 199MPa,which increased by 35.8% and 55.4%,respectively,compared with PBAT.Moreover,PBMAT demonstrated high thermal resistance,good hydrophilicity and favorable processability.
