摘要
以甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)为功能单体,通过聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)改性,制备了聚乙烯亚胺功能化的磁性微球(记作PEI-[P(St-GMA)MM]),并对其结构进行了表征,探究了PEI-[P(St-GMA)MM]在pH、吸附剂用量和吸附时间不同条件下对Cu2+的吸附量。结果表明,PEI-[P(St-GMA)MM]呈规整的球形,粒径均匀且具有一定的磁响应性。PEI-[P(St-GMA)MM]对Cu2+的吸附符合Langmuir等温吸附模型和准二级动力学模型,通过Langmuir等温吸附模型得到的最大吸附量为196.464mg/g。同时,PEI-[P(St-GMA)MM]具有良好的再生和循环使用性能,重复使用5次后仍能达到初始吸附量的75%以上。
Abstract
Polyethylenimine-functionalized magnetic microspheres (denoted as PEI-[P(St-GMA)MM]) were prepared using glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) as the functional monomer and modified with polyethylenimine (PEI).Their structure was characterized,and the adsorption capacity of PEI-[P(St-GMA)MM] for Cu2+ was investigated under different pH,adsorbent dosage and adsorption time.The results demonstrated that PEI-[P(St-GMA)MM] exhibited a well-defined spherical morphology,uniform in size,and significant magnetic responsiveness.The adsorption behavior of Cu2+ by PEI-[P(St-GMA)MM] followed the Langmuir isotherm model and pseudo-second-order kinetic model.The maximum adsorption capacity,as fitted by the Langmuir adsorption equation,was calculated to be 196.464mg/g.Additionally,PEI-[P(St-GMA)MM] demonstrated excellent regeneration and reusability,retaining over 75% of its initial adsorption capacity after four cycles.
