摘要

作为一种绿色溶剂,深共熔溶剂具有低毒、环保、可降解、结构和性能可调节以及价格低廉等优势,在法医学领域取得了显著的应用成果。系统总结了深共熔溶剂及其复合材料的分类、合成方法及理化性质,重点阐述了深共熔溶剂及其复合材料在法医DNA、潜指纹、爆炸物、毒品和毒物等法医学领域的应用,并对其发展趋势和应用前景进行了展望。

Abstract

As a green solvent,deep eutectic solvents have advantages such as low toxicity,environmental friendliness,degradability,adjustable structure and performance,and low cost,and have achieved remarkable application results in the field of forensic Science.This article systematically summarized the classification,synthesis methods and physicochemical properties of deep eutectic solvents and their composites,with a focus on elaborating the applications of deep eutectic solvents and their composites in forensic DNA,latent fingerprints,explosives,drugs and poisons and other forensic science fields,and looked forward to their development trends and application prospects.
