先进树脂基复合材料已成为最重要的航空结构材料之一。近年来,具有高比强度、高比刚度的树脂基复合材料在航空领域得到了大量应用,对促进飞机的轻量化和高性能化起到了重要作用。第三代高性能碳纤维复合材料具有极为优异的力学性能,能够显著提高结构承载和减重效率,是目前先进复合材料发展的主要方向。针对目前国内现状,综述了国内外第三代碳纤维复合材料发展现状,分析了国产第三代碳纤维以及复合材料的目前应用进展与材料基本性能,结合现有技术基础和取得的初步进展,提出了下一阶段高性能碳纤维复合材料的发展方向与趋势。
Advanced resin-based composites have become one of the most important structural materials in the aerospace field.In recent years,resin-based composites with high specific strength and high specific stiffness have been widely applied in aviation,playing a crucial role in promoting aircraft lightness and high-performance.Addressing the current domestic landscape,third-generation high-performance carbon fiber composites have been the main development direction of advanced composites because of their excellent mechanical properties,which can significantly improve the load-bearing and weight-reducing efficiency of structures.The development status of third-generation carbon fiber composites at home and abroad was reviewed,and the present application progress and fundamental properties of third-generation carbon fiber composites were analyzed.Based on existing technological foundations and preliminary achievements,the future development directions and trends for high-performance carbon fiber composites were put forward.
