摘要

以丁苯橡胶(SBR)、天然橡胶(NR)、再生天然橡胶(RNR)为基础胶,加入新型弹性体材料反式-1,4-丁二烯-异戊二烯共聚橡胶(TBIR)制备了橡胶密封材料—SBR/RNR/NR/TBIR硫化共混胶,研究了TBIR用量对硫化共混胶硫化特性及力学性能的影响。结果表明:当TBIR用量为20份时,SBR/RNR/NR/TBIR硫化共混胶的综合性能最好,拉伸强度为14.8MPa,断裂伸长率为197%,邵尔A硬度为84.3A,压缩永久变形为17.34%。

Abstract

With styrene butadiene rubber (SBR),natural rubber (NR) and reclaimed natural rubber (RNR) as base rubbers,a rubber sealing material SBR/RNR/NR/TBIR vulcanized blend was prepared by adding a new elastomer material trans-1,4-butadiene-isoprene copolymer rubber (TBIR).The effects of TBIR content on the vulcanization characteristics and mechanical properties of vulcanized blend were studied.The results showed that when the amount of TBIR was 20 phr,the comprehensive properties of SBR/RNR/NR/TBIR vulcanized blend were the best,the tensile strength was 14.8MPa,the elongation at break was 197%,the Shore A hardness was 84.3A,and the compression set was 17.34%.
