摘要

通过微波加热法合成了1-甲基-3-丁基咪唑六氟磷酸盐([bmim]PF6)、1-甲基-3-己基咪唑六氟磷酸盐([hmim]PF6)和1-甲基-3-辛基咪唑六氟磷酸盐([omim]PF6)3种咪唑离子液体,采用高氯酸银/苄基溴(AgClO4/BnBr)引发体系在0℃引发离子液体中异丁基乙烯基醚阳离子聚合,讨论了离子液体、银盐种类对聚合反应的影响。结果表明:微波法能缩短离子液体合成时间,加热1min产率达83.48%;以离子液体为溶剂时聚合反应比使用传统有机溶剂更温和,合成的聚合物平均分子量为3.4×104,产率达92.13%;离子液体回收实验表明离子液体可循环利用,对产率影响较小。

Abstract

In this study,three kinds of imidazole ionic liquids,1-methyl-3-butylimidazole hexafluorophosphate ([bmim]PF6),1-methyl-3-hexylimidazole hexafluorophosphate ([hmim]PF6) and 1-methyl-3-octylimidazole hexafluorophosphate ([omim]PF6),were synthesized by microwave heating method.The cationic polymerization of isobutyl vinyl ether (IBVE) was initiated in ionic liquids using an AgClO4/BnBr initiating system at 0℃,and the effects of different types of ionic liquids and silver salts on the polymerization reaction were investigated.According to the experimental results,the microwave method shortened the synthesis time of ionic liquids,and the yield reached 83.48% after heating for 1 minute.The polymerization reaction using ionic liquids as solvents was milder than using traditional organic solvents.The average molecular weight and yield of polymerization products in ionic liquid reached 3.4×104 and 92.13%,respectively.In addition,the ionic liquid recovery experiment showed that the ionic liquid could be recycled and had little impact on the yield.
