摘要

建立了基于聚丙烯酰胺/海藻酸钠/聚乙烯醇复合水凝胶可视化快速检测水中亚铁离子(Fe2+)的方法,以复合水凝胶为基础,采用离子交联法将金属离子显色试剂负载在凝胶网络中,制备出一种用于可视化检测Fe2+的双网络结构水凝胶。这种具有双网络结构且与金属离子显色剂结合的高特异性水凝胶对Fe2+有吸附作用,使Fe2+得以不断被吸附于水凝胶之中,与水凝胶中的金属离子指示剂反应,并不断富集,实现快速对Fe2+定性定量分析。该凝胶不易破损、方便携带,能够在现场快速判断出废水中Fe2+浓度范围,实现对水中亚铁离子的简便、快速检测。在最佳实验条件下,Fe2+浓度在10-4~1g/L范围内与水凝胶显色后在波长为512nm处的紫外-可见吸光度呈线性关系,且凝胶的显色效果较好,能够通过肉眼直接确定水体中Fe2+的浓度范围。该研究不仅能满足环境中Fe2+的现场检测要求,还可为Fe2+污染防治提供重要的依据。

Abstract

In this paper,a method based on PAM/SA/PVA composite hydrogel for the visual and rapid detection of ferrous ions (Fe2+) in water was established.Using ion cross-linking method,the metal ion chromogenic reagent was loaded into the gel network to prepare a dual-network structure hydrogel for the visual detection of Fe2+.This highly specific hydrogel with dual-network structure and combining with metal ion chromogenic reagent had adsorption effect on Fe2+,so that Fe2+ could be continuously adsorbed in the hydrogel,reacted with the metal ion indicator in the hydrogel,and continuously enriched to achieve rapid qualitative and quantitative analysis of Fe2+.The gel was not easily damaged and was convenient to carry,enabling quick determination the Fe2+ concentration range in wastewater on site,which realized simple and rapid detection of Fe2+ in water.Under the best experimental conditions,the Fe2+ concentration in the range of 10-4~1g/L had a linear relationship with the ultraviolet-visible absorbance at a wavelength of 512 nm after color development with the hydrogel,and the color development effect of the gel was good enough for visually determining the concentration range of Fe2+ in the water body.This research not only met the requirements for on-site detection of Fe2+ in the environment,but also provided an important basis for the prevention and control of Fe2+ pollution.
