云母是一种来源广泛的天然层状黏土,具有优异的特性。针对云母在硅橡胶中分散性差的问题,首先将绢云母活化再进行插层改性和超声粉碎处理得到纳米云母,再与硅橡胶复合制备了纳米云母/硅橡胶复合材料。研究结果表明,将云母作为填料可提高复合材料的热稳定性;随着纳米云母含量的增加,复合材料的紫外透过率和水蒸汽透过率都显著降低,显示出良好的光学屏蔽效果和隔离水蒸汽的性能,杨氏模量和拉伸强度都先增加后减小;当纳米云母质量分数为1%时,复合材料的杨氏模量和拉伸强度均达到最高,分别为2.43MPa和1.64MPa,相比纯硅橡胶分别提高了247.74%和72.63%。
Mica as a kind of natural layered clay has many excellent properties.In order to improve the dispersion of mica in silicone rubber,sericite was activated,intercalated and crushed to obtain nano-mica.Subsequently,nano-mica/silicone rubber composite was prepared by mixing nano-mica and silicone rubber together.The results showed that the thermal stability and decomposition temperature of the composite were improved by using mica as filler.With the increase of the content of nano mica,the ultraviolet transmittance and water vapor of composite material were significantly reduced,showing good ultraviolet shielding and isolation performance of water vapor.Meanwhile,Young's modulus and tensile strength increased first and then decreased.When nano mica mass fraction was 1%,the Young's modulus and tensile strength of composite materials reached to the highest of 2.43MPa and 1.64MPa,respectively,and increased by 247.74% and 72.63% compared with that of pure silicone rubber.
