摘要

为了探讨醇溶剂对三元复配物变色性能的影响,以结晶紫内酯为隐色剂,双酚A为显色剂,分别选用十四醇、十六醇、十八醇为溶剂,制备三元复配物,结合差示量热(DSC)分析醇溶剂对复配物变色趋势及变色温度的影响;此外分别以十六醇与十八醇为溶剂,固定结晶紫内酯质量,改变复配物中双酚A与醇溶剂比例,通过变色性能测试确定十六醇/十八醇复配物满足复配物变色性能好坏的临界值配比。结果表明:不同醇溶剂所制备复配物的变色温度区间及变色时间为十四醇(26~38℃、6min)、十六醇(34~48℃、8min);十八醇(37~58℃、12min);十四-十八醇(30~43℃、7min);由色差值分析可得,以结晶紫内酯为隐色剂、双酚A为显色剂、十六醇/十八醇分别为溶剂的三元复配物临界值配比分别为1∶4∶40、1∶3∶40。

Abstract

In order to investigate the influence of alcohol solvent on the discoloration property of ternary complex,using crystal violet lactone as a cryptochrome agent,bisphenol as a chromogenic agent,and myristyl alcohol,hexadecyl alcohol and octadecyl alcohol as solvents,a ternary complex was prepared.The effects of alcohol solvent on the discoloration trend and discoloration temperature of ternary complex were analyzed by DSC.In addition,hexadecyl alcohol and octadecyl alcohol were used as solvents to fix the mass of crystal purple lactone.By changing the ratio of bisphenol A to alcohol solvent in the complex,the critical ratio of hexadecanol/octadecyl alcohol complex was determined to meet the color-changing performance of the complex.The results showed that the discoloration temperature range and discoloration time of the compounds prepared were 26~38℃ and 6min,respectively,for myristyl alcohol;were 34~48℃ and 8min,respectively,for hexadecyl alcohol;were 37~58℃ and 12min,respectively,for octadecyl alcohol;as well as 30~43℃ and 7min,respectively,for myristyl -octadecyl alcohol.According to the analysis of the color difference value,the critical ratio of the ternary complex with crystal violet lactone as the cryptic agent,bisphenol A as the chromogenic agent and hexadecyl alcohol/octet alcohol as the solvent was 1∶4∶40 and 1∶3∶40,respectively.
