摘要

采用苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯792(SBS792)和苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯796(SBS796)分别填充改性环氧树脂(EP),探究不同弹性嵌段含量对EP的力学性能及摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,3% SBS792/EP复合材料的拉伸强度和冲击强度分别达到25.29MPa和20.33kJ/m2,与纯EP相比,分别提高137.97%和57.17%;3% SBS796/EP复合材料的拉伸强度和冲击强度分别达到23.94MPa和22.06kJ/m2,与纯EP相比,分别提高125.26%和70.60%。两种EP复合材料均由脆性断裂转为韧性断裂,SBS792/EP复合材料拉伸强度高于SBS796/EP复合材料,冲击强度低于SBS796/EP复合材料,故SBS796/EP复合材料韧性优于SBS792/EP复合材料,弹性体的加入使EP增韧效果明显。SBS792/EP复合材料摩擦学性能略有改善,而SBS796/EP复合材料摩擦学性能变化较为显著,0.5% SBS796/EP复合材料摩擦系数最小为0.47,磨损率最小为0.03×10-3mm3/(N·m),与纯EP相比,分别降低25.12%和21.93%,摩擦磨损性能较好。通过对SBS792/EP复合材料和SBS796/EP复合材料的接触角测试,SBS796可以将亲水性EP转化为疏水性EP。结果表明,弹性嵌段比例较大的SBS796/EP复合材料的力学性能、摩擦学性能和疏水性能均优于弹性嵌段比例较小的SBS792/EP复合材料。

Abstract

The modified epoxy resin (EP) was filled with styrene-butadiene-styrene 792 (SBS792,S∶B=40∶60) and styrene-butadiene-styrene 796 (SBS796,S∶B=20∶80) respectively,and then the effects of different elastic block contents on the mechanical properties and friction and wear properties of EP were investigated.The results showed that the tensile strength and impact strength of 3wt.% SBS792/EP composite reached to 25.29MPa and 20.33kJ/m2,respectively,which increased by 137.97% and 57.17% compared with that of pure EP,respectively.The tensile strength and impact strength of 3wt.% SBS796/EP composite reached to 23.94MPa and 22.06kJ/m2,respectively,which increased by 125.26% and 70.60% compared with that of pure EP,respectively.Both EP composites changed from brittle fracture to ductile fracture.The tensile strength of SBS792/EP composites was higher than that of SBS796/EP composites,but the impact strength was lower than that of SBS796/EP composites.Therefore,the toughness of SBS796/EP composites was better than SBS792/EP composites because the addition of elastomer obviously improved the toughening effect of EP.Compared with pure EP,the tribological properties of SBS792/EP composites were slightly improved,while the tribological properties of SBS796/EP composite had significant changes.The friction coefficient and wear rate of 0.5wt.% SBS796/EP composite were the minimum of 0.47 and 0.03×10-3mm3/(N·m),which reduced by 25.12% and 21.93%,respectively,compared with pure EP,presenting better friction and wear properties.The contact angle test of SBS792/EP composite and SBS796/EP composite exhibited that SBS796 could convert hydrophilic EP to hydrophobic EP.The results showed that the mechanical properties,tribological properties and hydrophobic properties of SBS796/EP composites with large elastic block ratio were superior to those of SBS792/EP composites with small elastic block ratio.
