In recent years,with the development of science and technology,graphene films,graphene-based composite coatings,hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN),molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) and other two-dimensional nanomaterials have attracted the attention of researchers,especially h-BN has been widely used because of its excellent physical and chemical properties.The basic structure,preparation method,functionalization modification and application field of h-BN were introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of various preparation methods were compared,and the problems needed to be solved in the research of h-BN were pointed out.
