水性环氧乳化沥青桥面防水粘结层材料性能研究

水性环氧乳化沥青桥面防水粘结层材料性能研究

摘要

为了提高桥面铺装结构中防水粘结层的性能,利用环氧树脂高粘结性能,以水性环氧树脂为改性剂,采用一次冷混合法制备水性环氧乳化沥青防水粘结层材料,研究了水性环氧乳化沥青的基本性能,成型模拟桥面铺装结构型式拉拔、剪切复合试件,分析了温度、浸水以及洒布量对水性环氧乳化沥青层间粘结性能的影响。结果表明,水性环氧树脂能显著提高乳化沥青耐热性、拉拔强度及剪切强度;随着水性环氧树脂掺量的增加,其层间粘结强度得到明显改善,水性环氧树脂掺量为15%时,25℃复合件拉拔强度、剪切强度较普通乳化沥青分别提高了68.0%、73.4%,60℃提高了216.9%、110.1%,浸水2d后仅下降7.5%、5.5%,说明水性环氧树脂的掺入能够提高乳化沥青水稳定性;层间粘结强度随着水性环氧乳化沥青洒布量的增加先增加后减少。综合材料性能和经济性,推荐水性环氧树脂掺量为15%,水性环氧乳化沥青洒布量为0.8kg/m2

Abstract

In order to improve the performance of the waterproof bonding layer in the bridge deck pavement structure,a water-based epoxy emulsified asphalt waterproof bonding layer material was prepared from high bonding epoxy resin with water-based epoxy resin as the modifier through one-time cold mixing method.The basic properties of waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt were studies,the drawing and shearing composite specimens of simulated bridge deck pavement structure were formed,and the effects of temperature,water immersion and amount of spraying on the interlayer bonding performance of waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt were analyzed.The results showed that water-based epoxy resin significantly improved the heat resistance,pull-out strength and shear strength of emulsified asphalt.As the content of water-based epoxy resin increased,the interlayer bonding strength was significantly improved.When the amount was 15%,the tensile strength and shear strength of composite parts increased by 68.0% and 73.4% at 25℃,respectively,compared with that of ordinary emulsified asphalt,and increased by 216.9% and 110.1% at 60℃,then only decreased by 7.5% and 5.5% after immersion in water for 2 days.It showed that the addition of water-based epoxy resin enabled to improve the water stability of emulsified asphalt;the interlayer bonding strength first increased and then decreased with the increase of the amount of water-based epoxy emulsified asphalt.By comprehensively considering material performance and economy,the recommended content of water-based epoxy resin was 15%,and the spraying volume of water-based epoxy emulsified asphalt was 0.8kg/m2.
