In order to realize the resource utilization of Xinjiang walnut shells,using walnut shells as precursor and ZnCl2 as a modifier,an activated carbon was prepared by heating at 600℃ for 50min in muffle furnace.Microwave,light wave,light wave combination C1 and light wave combination C2 were used to assist the activated carbon adsorption towards acid fuchsin dye solution.The effects of radiation time,dye concentration and activated carbon dosage on adsorption efficiency were investigated.The optimal combination of adsorbent dosage of 0.1g,initial dye concentration of 800mg/L and adsorption time of 2.5min was determined.The adsorption capacity could reach to 184.525mg/g and the removal rate was 92.26%.
