摘要

以高含氢硅油(MS)、羟基硅油(HS)及氨基硅油(AS)为疏水原料、水为连续相,制备了3种水包油微乳液(HSAS、MSAS、MSHS)。通过测定3种硅油的表面活性剂的亲水亲油平衡(HLB)值,确定乳化剂和助剂的选择。分析乳化剂选择、助剂选择、助剂与乳化剂比例、pH等因素对3种体系微乳化的影响,并通过对体系加水过程中相行为的研究,绘制了3种体系的微乳区和O/W型硅油微乳液区域在内的局部拟三元相图。确定制备微乳液的工艺条件。其中,最佳工艺条件如下,MSHS体系以司班80∶吐温80=4∶6为乳化剂、甲醇∶异丙醇=7∶3为助剂;MSAS体系以AEO-3∶AEO-9=3.2∶6.8为乳化剂,正丁醇为助剂;HSAS体系以AEO-3∶AEO-9=2.8∶7.2为乳化剂,正丁醇为助剂。对三者进行一系列的性能测试。结果表明:3种硅油微乳液中,粒径大小为:HSAS<MSAS<MSHS,稳定性关系反之。且温度、离心力、pH及静置时间对MSHS的影响较大;HSAS受pH的影响较大。

Abstract

Three kinds of oil-in-water microemulsions (HSAS,MSAS,MSHS) were prepared by using high-hydrogen silicone oil (MS),hydroxy silicone oil (HS) and amino silicone oil (AS) as hydrophobic raw materials and water as the continuous phase.Some emulsifiers and additives were selected by measuring the HLB value of this silicone oil.The influences of various factors such as the choice of emulsifiers,the choice of additives,the ratio of additives to emulsifiers,and the pH value on the microemulsification of three systems were analyzed.Through studying the phase behavior of system added water,the local pseudo-ternary phase diagrams including the microemulsion area of the three systems and the O/W silicone oil microemulsion area were drawn.The process conditions for preparing the microemulsion were determined.Among them,MSHS:Span80∶Tween80=4∶6 was emulsifier,methanol∶isopropanol=7∶3 was auxiliary;MSAS:AEO-3∶AEO-9=3.2∶6.8 was emulsifier,n-butanol was auxiliary;HSAS:Taking AEO-3∶AEO-9=2.8∶7.2 as emulsifier and n-butanol as auxiliary agent,which was the best process.A series of performance tests of three oil-in-water microemulsion systems presented that,in the three silicone oil microemulsions,the particle size was:HSAS<MSAS<MSHS,and the stability relationship was reversed.Temperature,centrifugal force,pH,and standing time had greater impacts on MSHS;HSAS is more affected by pH.
