摘要

为解决低树脂含量制动材料成型难的问题,采用压塑料预处理及热压成型方法制备树脂基摩擦材料,研究酚醛树脂含量变化(3%~7%)对材料摩擦磨损性能、物理性能和力学性能的影响。摩擦磨损实验表明,在轮胎粉含量一定的条件下,降低酚醛树脂含量可增大摩擦材料的高温摩擦系数,改善材料的摩擦性能稳定性,但同时会导致体积磨损率增大。当树脂含量为5%时,100~300℃温度范围内试样的平均摩擦系数为0.456,摩擦系数波动系数在 -7.9%~+5.6%变化,平均体积磨损率为0.29×10-7cm3/N·m。物理和力学性能实验表明,降低树脂含量可减小材料的洛氏硬度值和耐冲击韧性值,提高制动材料的应用范围。

Abstract

Aimed to solve the difficulty of forming friction materials with low resin content,phenolic resin(PF)-based friction materials were prepared with press-plastic pretreatment and hot pressing process.The effects of PF content (3%~7%) on the friction and wear properties,physical and mechanical properties of the materials were studied in detail.Friction and wear tests showed that shortening the PF content of the materials could enhance the friction coefficient at high temperature,and improved the friction stability of the materials.It was worth noting that the values of volumetric wear rate were increased simultaneously.When the PF content was 5%,the value of average friction coefficient was 0.456,the fluctuation coefficient of friction coefficient varied from -7.9% to +5.6%,and the average volume wear rate was 0.29×10-7×cm3/N·m of the sample in the temperature range of 100~300℃.The physical and mechanical properties tests showed that reducing the PF content could drop the values of Rockwell hardness and impact toughness of the materials,and improved the application range of the brake material.
